A Visual Feast | Photographs of Vancouver Island
Not too long ago, I had my images of the West Coast shared here on Beyond Ordinary Guides. When they kindly asked me to do a photo journal of Vancouver Island, I knew I wanted to take viewers on a different type of journey. A more personal one. Sights that have caught my eye and captured my heart. I've been born and raised on the Island and there are parts of it that I treasure deeply. So deeply sometimes, that I often don't always share these locations because I want to keep them quiet. Hidden in the trees or tucked away in a bay.
The images I have collected for this photo journal are my own personal favourites and I hope you love them too. I want viewers to see the unique side of the Island. I want them to be drawn to the one-of-a-kind feeling the rugged coast inspires. The images have been taken at different times of the year, on gray days, on sunny days, on vacation, and regular day-to-day life. They are a mixture of adventure and reality. I hope you enjoy them, just as much as I do.
